Signed Build and Land EOI returned to TSH Head office along with confirmations of deposits paid
A purchase contract for the Land is produced
A Construction Contract for the build is produced
Contracts are signed and counter signed by the relevant parties
Client obtains Finance Approval for the package within 21 days of contract date (longer if required by extension)
5% Build Deposit Issued for payment
Client settle on the land 14 days after the latter of finance approval
During this time we are obtaining structural drawings, energy efficiency, relevant preconstructions documents in preparation of lodging into council approval
Once Client has settled on the land we will have council approval
We can generally start out on site within 1-2 weeks.
The progress drawdowns will commence on the Construction Contract the balance of 5% will be paid
Once the Slab goes down 10% of the construction costs from the loan will be drawn down, so on and so on in gradual drawdowns.
