The first thing that really stood out when I first visited the property was how nice it looked. I didn't quite expect this development of 4 duplex homes to be quite so well thought out and beautifully presented. Number 1 is a lowset duplex home with what a courtyard style entrance that on a good day would be a lovely place to relax with a glass of wine. The current tenants have been in the home since the development has been built and it's not difficult to realise why. You could walk to the shops on King Street, take a stroll through Centenary Lakes and if you're really keen, you could even participate in the Boot Camp classes held there. The home would be ideal for an investor to buy as it is already tenanted so from the outset would be a lot less to worry about. Ideally we are looking for an investor to buy all 4 of the duplex homes as a whole for $1,250,000. That being said, we are still eager to hear from any investors that are interested in these properties. When I built the duplexes, I really wanted to achieve a high standard, so with that in mind I designed them as if I were going to live there. I tried to make use of as much natural light as possible, and positioned the duplexes to give everyone plenty of room. Once the development was completed I have not had a problem renting them out so think another investor will be lucky to have the homes as part of their portfolio.
