78 Sir Dapper Dr, Burpengary is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom House with 6 parking spaces and was built in 1996. The property has a land size of 3312m2. While the property is not currently for sale or for rent, it was last sold in October 2021.
After purchasing this block over 25 years ago, the current owner decided to build their family home back in 1996. Since then, the property has been extended where necessary to allow enough space for their growing family, with the most recent being the large under cover alfresco.
The block has a perfect slope, where it allows surface water to easily wash away but keeps the whole block very usable. This is a trait that almost all of the blocks within Sir Dapper Drive have and why it's so tightly held, with properties for sale a rarity.
Behind the block is a council owned nature corridor, allowing a superb outlook from the rear of the home. You would never know that its only a short 5-minute drive onto the highway, so getting to and from work couldn't be more convenient.
When you walk up to the property, you are welcomed by a large wrap around veranda. It would be a beautiful place to retreat to, catching up on a new book or enjoying a glass of wine. The home has a traditional layout with the formal lounge at the front and the informal living, dining and kitchen behind. It is this area that is cooled by the large split system air conditioner. All bedrooms are a good size, with a study added where you could install an internal wall providing a 4th bedroom very easily.
Whilst the kitchen and bathrooms are original from the build, they have been very well looked after with the home ready to move straight into. That being said, there really is buckets of opportunity for someone to extend or update the property depending on what the right buyer is after.
If you want some sheds, look no further! There are two 6m x 9m sheds on the property, all with power, and the second shed having an extra car port section, potentially as caravan or boat storage. Please note that in February the property had a full pest report completed (a copy can be provided) along with a new termite barrier installed with a 7-year warranty.
This is your opportunity to buy into one of the most popular locations in Burpengary, whilst being on one of the most desirable blocks. Call Anthony today on 0457 406 810 if you have any questions.
"What the Owner says"
After my wife and I purchased the property, we actually didn't build on it straight away. Instead, we used it as a place to visit and host friends. When our first child came along, we decided to build a family home, which is what it has been ever since. There are so many wonderful memories here and it will be sad to say goodbye.
There is lots of potential to increase the size of the home, or even add a granny flat or a pool if you would like. As I am spending more time on my boat, I have decided to downsize to an apartment and felt it was a good time for a new adventure.
