Past the pool is the access down to Little Tallebudgera Creek, the natural flowing waterway that is seconds to Main River. A timber deck platform sits above the boat ramp forming a boat shed and the floating pontoon is great place to fish from.
Back inside the house which is fully walled to the street with pedestrian gate house and electric vehicular gate there are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor.
