Parking space for a vehicle is available alongside the annexe under a portable carport. There are great storage options with a couple of lawn lockers between the annexe and carport.

There are no bathroom facilities with this site but you do have the benefit of being a couple of sites away from the well maintained park amenities.

This site is being sold as is with furniture and white goods as displayed in the photos. Please note the gas bottle and connection is not included in the sale.

Weekly park fees for this site are $245 per week plus power and water usage (minimal charge).

Boyne Island Caravan Park is a short 25 minute drive from Gladstone. The Park has an inground pool which is a bonus during the summer months. The boat ramp at the lower end of the park is ideal for those with a tinny, otherwise throw a line in from the bank of the beautiful Boyne River.

The permanent section of this park is pet friendly. Purchasers and any pet will have to get approval from park management.
