SITE DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
The property consists of level to undulating Melaleuca coastal forest country, with sandy loam soils and frontages to the Bruce Highway and access and frontage to Scenic Drive.
It is generally at street level to the Bruce Highway, with fair drainage, and is above any known flood or tidal surge heights. A lower area will be developed as an overland flow path with detention basin lakes formed as part of the landscape design.
The property is only circa 500 metres from the Pacific Ocean at Edgecombe Bay.

SITE ACCESS
While the site has Bruce Highway frontage it does NOT have direct access to the Bruce Highway.
