The kitchen is centrally located so great for entertaining with a fan forced oven and dishwasher. It also has a large laundry area. The outside has a lot of great features too. Opening the door from the living area you are outside to your own little court yard, which leads you down the side to the clothes line and great sized backyard. I have personally lived here with my two children and they have always enjoyed the backyard kicking the soccer ball, playing basketball and we even had a lovely swing in the great tree outside. The best thing my kids and I enjoyed was the great big concrete driveway, they would spend hours on their scooters, skates and even playing handball with some of the other children in the street. As part of the body corporate we also installed some fantastic shade sails, they look great but are very practical for the kids to play under or park a vehicle.As this unit is a strata-title we do pay building only insurance together which was approx. $1800.00 each per year and also $500 each per year for the Body Corporate sinking fund (which will go towards the painting of the outside of the units). Council rates - Approx $1315.60 (without water).
