Last Listing description (May 2025)

Offered to the market for the first time in 13 years, 7 Province Street presents a rare opportunity to secure a beautifully maintained family home in a tightly held pocket of Brisbane. Originally constructed in 1965, this residence has evolved significantly over time and now offers a flexible, functional layout ideal for modern family living.

Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac, the home welcomes you with a split-level design that cleverly maximises space and versatility. The lower level, once a simple storage area, has been transformed to include a dedicated laundry, internal access to the double garage, and a generous multi-purpose room. This adaptable space includes an en-suite shower room, offering a perfect retreat for guests, extended family or growing teens needing their own space.

Upstairs, timber floors and an abundance of natural light create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan living area serves as the heart of the home, combining lounge, dining and kitchen zones in a seamless layout. Step out onto the front balcony and unwind with a drink as you soak up the afternoon sun.

The kitchen retains a classic design, ideally positioned to overlook the living space, encouraging connection while preparing meals. With ample bench space and cabinetry, it's both practical and welcoming. Three well-proportioned bedrooms, all featuring built-in robes, are serviced by a stylishly renovated main bathroom, finished just a few years ago.

At the rear, the impressive 6m x 5m covered entertaining area is perfect for Queensland's outdoor lifestyle-ideal for family gatherings, weekend BBQs or simply enjoying the breeze. Sitting on a spacious 668m² block, there is excellent potential for side access via double gates, adding further scope for additional storage, a shed, or even a pool (STCA).

This is a home that truly stands out for its thoughtful layout, generous proportions and outstanding location. Don't miss your chance to secure this exceptional property. Contact Anthony today on 0457 406 810 to arrange your inspection.

"What the Owner says"

After purchasing the home in 2012 as first-time buyers, you can definitely say we poured a lot of time, money and love into the property. We absolutely loved living here and was sad when we made the difficult decision to move on to our next adventure.

As we were not sure if we would move back, we decided to rent the property out providing us some flexibility. Now we have been settled in our new home for few years, we felt it was unlikely we would return and therefore have decided to sell the property. We hope the next owners love the property as much as we have.
