Underground pipes for taps around the house yard provide water to a variety of fruit trees and other garden beds all set up with timers.
The veggie patch has a large shade house with black and green table grapes growing up one side and asparagus which supplies plenty for the family.
A large chook pen complete with chooks, ducks and geese. This could easily be converted to a horse stable.
The block is fully fenced with square dog,sheep wire and is in fair condition. (The cows don't get out). The house yard is about 5 acres, the rest being separated into 3 paddocks with a dam in each. Very old but usable stock yards are located at the back of the property.
There is a school bus 4 km at the end of the street that takes the children to the primary school and the high school. Kingaroy is 30-40 minutes away.
