A caravan is set up as the sleeping quarters, you will find a rustic outdoor style toilet a few steps away.

Around the home gardens have been established plus a lot of natural vegetation left to ensure privacy and the integrity of living with nature.

Take a night off from cooking and head up to the Cox Country Club for a meal, game of darts or just to hang out with the locals for a bit. Not to worry about driving home, you can walk there and back no worries.

A short walk from your property is the beach, you can see if from your driveway inviting you down to sunbake on the pristine beach or walk the dog.
