High quality tap-ware is installed throughout the office suite and all paints used are Low Volatile Organic Compound, designed to reduce occupant's exposure to harmful compounds. Carpeting in the office suites is high quality commercial grade carpet with high natural fibre content.
Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) type air conditioning is provided due to the fact that this system is more energy efficient than a normal a/c system. Additionally, energy efficient T5 lighting fixtures have been incorporated and have been laid out in a pattern designed to maximise energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption. The air conditioning system has been designed to allow for future connections of fresh air to each tenancy, thus enabling each tenant to expand the system to incorporate facilities such as individual offices, board rooms and meeting rooms.
Power skirting is provided to internal tenancy walls and this can also be used to run network cabling in an easy and efficient way. The building also features a full electronic card access and intercom security system.
