Cool Rooms
Upgrades were completed in 2014 to deliver a state-of-the-art cool room complex containing 4 large rooms with an interconnecting passageway and a loading/holding area. Each room and the interconnecting passageway and the loading/holding area were upgraded
with Kirby Centurion Condensing units and Kirby High Capacity evaporator coils with 50+kW of refrigeration capacity at -5oCSST. All systems have state of the art Dorin semi-hermetic compressors.
All rooms have sealed doors for SO2 use, and safety warning lights. The rooms are computer controlled for temperature and SO2 processing. The main cool room area is 498m2 with loading/holding area of 109.2m2 adjacent to the loading bay.

Comprising 5 x Kirby 75kW sealed unit compressors housed in a cool room panelled plant room with evaporative air conditioning, located on the southeast corner of the main shed. The plant room also contains control equipment for SO2 processing.
