Soils and Pastures
Soils predominantly comprise of granite loams with small areas of New England trap soil and granite tors on the higher points.

The pasture sward across the Aggregation is dominated by perennial native grasses such as Red Grass (Bothriochloa), Wallaby Grass (Danthonia) and Weeping Grass (Microlaena). Improved sub-tropical pasture species such as Premier Digit Grass and Rhodes Grass along with legumes including Arrowleaf Clover and Serradella have been established on 364* hectares in 2023. 160* hectares of Forage Sorghum was also sown in 2023.

Water
The Aggregation is watered from a number of sources including double frontages to several semi-permanent/ seasonal creeks and gullies including Haylocks Creek, Cachs Creek, Sandy Creek, Pretty Gully, Spring Gully and Spring Creek. There are 70* permanent and semi-permanent catchment and spring-fed dams. The Aggregation has one stock and domestic bore (3,600* litres per hour) that is equipped with an electric submersible pump. Water is pumped to four x 22,500* litre supply tanks and reticulated via poly pipe to a network of nine* concrete troughs as well as two of the dwellings.

Fencing
Fencing across the Aggregation is generally sound stock-proof condition consisting a mix of steel and timber posts with hinge joint, plain and barbed wire. 14* kilometres of laneways have been strategically designed for efficient movement of livestock and vehicles.

Operational infrastructure
Infrastructure includes a nine-stand woolshed, sheep yards (two), cattle yards (three) and multiple machinery/hay sheds
