This is a unique and comfortable house. The feel is stylish and open plan feel throughout, yet it offers separate lounge, dining and rumpus/ TV room, so you are sure to have plenty of space to spread out and relax. The lounge area features an open (gas) fire place, with big comfy couches, large armchairs, a low table for afternoon or evening drinks and snacks, and some speakers (with Bluetooth, cds and radio) for evening Jazz. It has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that open up, continuing the relaxed feel and lead out to a large timber deck with outdoor entertaining area, eating table and chairs and BBQ. Sitting on the outdoor wooden deck you see through some treetops to the ocean and the horizon, ensuring that from wherever you are you can enjoy the wonderful ocean and soak up the fabulous, relaxed Northern Beaches feel. Watch the surfers down at the famous Whale Beach Wedge surf spot, or the yachts glide past, and at certain times you might even see the whales frolicking. The trees are home to some native Australian birds that are beautiful singers such as magpies, kookaburras, lorikeets, and the butcherbirds.

The ocean is also visible from the newly refurbished spacious, modern kitchen, which also has views to Bangalley Head, views to inspire you in the fully-equipped kitchen, with new Miele appliances, including new induction cooktop and new oven, plus a warming oven and microwave. Fully equipped too with crockery, cutlery, serving dishes, chopping boards and a spacious pantry. Feel free to use the coffee machine on the benchtop - there are plenty of coffee pods ready to go. With the kitchen and the dining area adjacent to each other, you can whip up a storm in the kitchen, while chatting to your family and friends.

From the dining area, a corridor leads to the bedrooms, bathrooms and TV Rumpus room, as well as another outdoor deck, and the laundry. The house has 3 bedrooms, all with water views. Two of the bedrooms contain 2 single beds each, and generous cupboard space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the perfect spot for the romantic. When you wake, simply draw the blinds to take in the spectacular view of the beach. Open the sliding glass doors and head onto the second wooden deck to feel the breeze and the sun, or laze on the Chaise Longue. Finally, there is a set of bunk beds in the TV rumpus room, So, in total the house sleeps up to 8 guests, with a mix of king and single beds.

The Rumpus room contains a TV and DVD and comfy couches, with a few games and books to enjoy in the cupboard. There are three stylish modern bathrooms, one is an ensuite off the master bedroom, plus an outdoor shower to rinse off at the end of a day at the beach.
The house also has 2-car lock-up garage. Don't hesitate, this is a fabulous spot for your holiday.
The house is accessed via some stairs from the street, so is best suited to those who are actively mobile and love a quiet spot and wonderful views.

Guests have access to all areas of the property.
House Rules: Not suitable for any weddings/parties/events of any kind.
No pets, No smoking, Strictly No parties.
Please treat house and garden with all care and respect Noise is to be kept to a minimum, please respect our neighbours and neighborhood.
Deck awning is always to be wound back in when you are not at the house or if it rains, as it's not waterproof.
