There are two sweet bedrooms, one at the front of the house which is lolly pink and the other at the rear which is yellow - both have lovely timber windows that look out onto the gardens.
The kitchen is compact and also smile inducing with bright blue and yellow cupboards, yellow walls and a cute 'letterbox' window in the rear wall of the chimney!
Whilst we are talking about the chimney, there is an issue here with water penetration and it would be a first priority to have this attended to, to stop any further damage.
The compact lounge has a gas fire in the fireplace and running off this on the north side of the house is a long and sunny north facing sunroom that has been painted bright blue!
Also on this north side is a garage, well it looks like a garage until you step inside and see the paned windows overlooking the gardens, so we would think this would make a terrific studio.
Last but not least is the bathroom, again, compact with a shower, a loo and a washing machine but perfectly fine as it is.
Stepping outside there is a wonderland of gardens, tree ferns, Irish strawberry trees, whimsical paths and a greenhouse, oh, and there is a small pond as well.
