The cabin runs on a 48 volt off grid system with a brand new Victron inverter and controller unit that runs all standard 240v appliances with a backup generator. Please note that one battery in the set is no good.

This place might not look fancy but it's been such an awesome home for us, it's been so cheap to live here, with an abundance of fruits, veggies, eggs and next to no bills.

Warialda is a great peaceful town that has a community of caring people that makes it special. Although neighbours are out of sight, they are the first to arrive should you have an emergency. Everything you need is only 5 minutes from your door including a hospital and IGA, and for the larger conveniences like Bunnings you are only 40 mins to Inverell. You will never have flooding issues, and should you want to connect to the grid you have power running through the property via an easement.
