Horse Facilities:

As you drive into the property, there are some disused older stables and tack area on the left-hand side. They need some maintenance to be made operational again. I have not factored these into the pricing but they are there. There are also two horse paddocks with water and one has a horse shelter.

There is an area that was used as a full-sized dressage arena near the river, it has not been utilized for some time, but the basics are there to expand on.



Shedding & Facilities

The old double garage has been added to with a studio and kitchenette. It needs work and I have not factored this into the property pricing. There is also a garage and a disused tennis court. It still has the fencing around it and needs some TLC to make it operational again. The enclosure could also be used for animals etc. There is other small shedding on the property.
