In my opinion - this property is perfect for the serious boating enthusiast. The 20m pontoon jetty can accommodate vessels up to, and over, 20m/80 feet, with over a 3m draw. The previous owner moored a 31m ocean yacht here called "Pipeliner" - look it up. The property also has a private boat ramp, with a secured boat shed and winch to accommodate a boat (up to 6.5m/18 feet) and or jet skis and other watercraft and boating equipment. The Tweed River is the only river system south of the Gold Coast Broadwater and north of Ballina that can comfortably accommodate vessels of this size. The moorings and jetties surrounding The Anchorage Islands are some of the only larger boat options, because there are no bridges to cross-under when heading out to sea.
