Both bedrooms have access to a bathroom with shower recess & vanity, with a separate WC.On the ground level is a third sleeping area with three childrens bunk beds & one single bed, bathroom with shower & WC plus laundry facilities. The living area on this level has been fuly refurbished & offers a pool table & 2nd television. For your convenience a 2nd fridge is located in this area.Off street car & boat parking is available with a fenced & gated back garden area.
