Situation- By road 20km NW Delegate, 57km W of Bombala, 250km S of Canberra.
Topography - Undulating to hilly, slate derived soils. Principally native pastures with some improved areas of rye grass, cocksfoot, phalaris & clover. Approx 5% bush plus plenty of shade timber. Subdivided into 42 paddocks with fencing in good order including 11km of electric fencing. Some irrigation of pasture improved area available from Keyline water system.
Water - 46 earth dams of which 5 have the capacity of 100mega litres, constructed in a system to supply one another and some irrigation of pasture via earth channels. There is also 5 troughs and a 22000 field tank.
