Migrate to the upper level lounge area with fully connected smart tv that opens out onto the ocean facing deck with barbecue and another dining table for 8, offering magnificent views towards Tomakin and Barlings Beaches.

The lower level includes yet another beautifully furnished living area with television and leads to the second and third bedroom, laundry and second bathroom. This area also flows out onto a lower deck and the lush fully-fenced back garden that backs onto a reserve.

The master bedroom with ensuite is conveniently located on the upper living level and has its own private ocean facing deck.

There are super comfortable queen beds in the master and second bedroom, with a double and a single bed in the third bedroom.

Full linen and bath towels are included in your stay.

NOTE: Arrival Time for PEAK & HIGH Seasons is 4:00 pm. All other seasons have a 2:00 pm check-in.

Peak: Dec & Jan School Holidays (7 Night Minimum), Easter (4 Night Minimum).

High: Dec, Jan, School Holidays, Long Weekends(3 Night Minimum).

Mid: Feb, Mar, Apr, July School Holidays, Sept, Oct, Nov.

Low: May, Jun, Jul, Aug.
