To protect your investment there is a simple set of building guidelines for Vista Estate. These guidelines are designed to help build a community that shares the respect of the natural environment that Vista has to offer. It will assist you with your home and landscape design as well as helping you maximise the assets of your building site.

If you do not wish to proceed with the design available, you have the option to engage your own architect and builder. The home and landscape design will need to be approved by the Vista Architectural Review Board prior to the council development application.
