Sunrays offers two well-appointed bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. The master bedroom boasts a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom complete with a bath. An additional bathroom is conveniently located across the hall from the second bedroom, providing ample facilities for everyone.

The heart of the home is its open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, allowing guests to prepare delicious meals and snacks during their stay. The dining area offers a comfortable setting for enjoying meals, and the cozy living area is perfect for relaxation, complete with comfortable seating and entertainment options.

One of the highlights of Sunrays is its back porch, which offers a mesmerizing view of the canal and a large, lush grassy area. The porch also features a swinging chair, where guests can unwind with a good book or simply indulge in moments of tranquillity.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the convenient location of Sunrays, as it is just a one-minute drive from the boat ramp. Whether guests are passionate about fishing, boating, or exploring the waterways, they will find easy access to their preferred water-based activities. Additionally, the property is a mere five-minute drive from the beach, allowing guests to soak up the sun, swim, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll along the shoreline.

For those who prefer a more leisurely experience, a quick walk down the hill from Sunrays leads to the canal, where guests can enjoy peaceful moments by the water's edge, take a leisurely walk, or even try their hand at fishing or paddle boarding.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
