With the benefit of a brand new 30Kw solar power system on the roof, the running costs are minimal and the scope for the future of the rooms is limitless. The shared park-like grounds which are often filled with Kangaroos also feature a massive entertainment deck which is perfect for weddings and similar functions and the views over the neighbouring vineyards fulfil the aesthetic of being in the heart of the vineyard area without the heartache of maintaining them.
The restaurant space is extremely large and offers a bar and lounge space as well as dining space all overlooking the property. The commercial kitchen has recentlty been upgraded and the potential is far beyond catering to just the restaurant or accommodation guests. The restaurant is currently owner-operated but if you didn t want to continue operating the restaurant you could lease it to an experienced operator or re-purpose the space as a lounge or function room subject to any necessary approvals.
