A Whole New Homemaker Prospect is Coming!

About the Centre:
Homemaker Prospect has been recently acquired by AsheMorgan and will undergo a transformation to reposition as one of the most dominant Large Format Retail assets in Western Sydney.

Homemaker Prospect contains over 25,000m2 of retail. The future masterplan will add extra retail, services and a new food and beverage concept, all complimenting a line-up of national brands including Fantastic Furniture, The Good Guys, Nick Scali, Beacon Lighting and Snooze.

A number of service-based users also assist in the performance of the asset including Crocs Play Centre and World Gym. It is planned that more service based users will be added to the mix, including other strong LFR brands.

Alongside retailers, a scheme is in development for a new food and beverage precinct, positioned directly adjacent a new state of the art childrens play area. Alfresco seating areas will feature throughout the precinct.

The Location:
Homemaker Prospect is located within a light industrial area on the northern side of the Great Western Highway. The centre is in the western region of Sydney, 5km south of Blacktown, 9km west of Parramatta and 31km from the Sydney CBD. The region is referred to as Great Western Sydney, an area extending from Windsor in the north to Penrith in the west, Campbelltown in the south and across to Parramatta.

The centre can be accessed via the Great Western Highway and Western Motorway, which are located directly adjacent the site. Both main arterial roads connect to the M7 motorway.

See link below to video detailing the Prospect Highway upgrade.

The Catchment:*
- Catchment primary residents - 300,115 (June 2022)
- Greater Western Sydney population projection - 3 million (by 2036)
- Total LFR spending market estimated at $1.094 billion (2022)
- Total retail spending market estimated at $4.505 billion (2022)
- Annual retail spending is forecast to reach $7.636 billion (by 2036)

We are seeking interest from retailers in the market to partner with us and existing tenants on this journey to create one of Western Sydneys strongest Large Format Retail Centres.
