About the Centre:
Homemaker Prospect has been recently acquired by AsheMorgan and will undergo a transformation to reposition as one of the most dominant Large Format Retail assets in Western Sydney.
Homemaker Prospect contains over 25,000m2 of retail. The future masterplan will add extra retail, services and a new food and beverage concept, all complimenting a line-up of national brands including Fantastic Furniture, The Good Guys, Nick Scali, Beacon Lighting and Snooze.
A number of service-based users also assist in the performance of the asset including Crocs Play Centre and World Gym. It is planned that more service based users will be added to the mix, including other strong LFR brands.
Alongside retailers, a scheme is in development for a new food and beverage precinct, positioned directly adjacent a new state of the art childrens play area. Alfresco seating areas will feature throughout the precinct.
