This site is a mixture of low-lying areas along Barneys and Mangrove creek, gullies and undulating land. The highest point is approx. 170m above sea level on the western boundary.

This highest point - the coastal range that runs through Firth Heinz Road is spectacular hinterland - highly sought after due to its proximity to the beautiful and still quiet surfing and fishing beaches of Wooli, Minnie Water, Sandon and Diggers Camp. It is about a 22 minute / 19 km drive to the beach at Wooli.

Proximity to the beaches isn't its only charm though - teeming with wildlife, birdlife and forest country it is home to million dollar mansions and hippy communes alike. The demographics are varied - surfers, hippies, retirees, nature lovers and old school farming families make up the community.

Roughly 30 mins drive from Grafton or 1 hr 10 mins from Coffs Harbour Airport.

Clarence Valley Council have confirmed the land is subdividable subject to DA. Vendors also sought the advice of a town planning consultant and are happy to share this information with interested parties. The cabin is comfortable enough to camp in for weeks and comes with a kitchenette, basic bathroom and solar battery. The flyover roofing makes it very comfortable in hot weather or storms.
