PLEASE NOTE: we anticipate the granny flat construction to be completed in June 2026 (pending weather and DA approvals). During the construction, a temporary fence will be erected along the left-hand side of the home along the existing drive-way and approximately six meters from the rear of the home. The carport over concrete and existing fibro building to the rear yard will be demolished during the construction of the granny flat.
