The house is connected by a boardwalk over the dunes to a private beach.
For your storage needs there are two enormous sheds. There is also a large grassed flat area near the entrance to the estate which would make a perfect helicopter pad.
There is underground electricity and telephone connected to and within the property. Electricity, phone and water are connected to the cabin, shed and a pump which pressurises the line to town water standard.
There are four 90,000 litre concrete water tanks for rainwater from the shed and cabin roofs and have been planted out with native vegetation so they are completely hidden. These tanks are now full with 360,000 litres of stored rainwater.
The property is fully fenced with wooden posts and barbed-wire fences, and mesh netting is also installed on the eastern boundary. There are many boundary gates, all of which are padlocked making the property secure.
An environmental scientist has been engaged to revegetate the land and tens of thousands of native trees and shrubs have been planted. Many areas are currently fenced to prevent the wildlife such as wallabies eating the small native plants.
