Adjoining both the living and lounge is the back deck again, it's spacious and ready for your enjoyment. Look out over the quiet leafy hinterlands of Pambula while you cook a barbie and sink a beer. The bird song will keep you company as you soak up the tranquility.

Heading back inside the home, we should follow the yellow brick road! It leads to all the restful places a master bedroom with a sharp, new ensuite a second bedroom with classy walk in robe and a third bedroom with great light and a lovely outlook. The main bathroom is a ripper again it's new with a contemporary design, great colours and lots of light most of it beaming in from a (very fun) strategically placed window!

This is where the boat can live and the camper trailer or perhaps you're going to add a mezzanine and create a whole series of spaces. This is also the perfect place for a serious workshop or business space. There's power and it's all secure, it's even got the whirly-gigs on top to keep any high-tech electrical equipment cool, safe and happy.

The Panboola Wetlands will become one of your favourite places and on the weekends you'll likely get no further than Pambula Beach or perhaps, the river mouth. What's more, 26 Oregon St is literally across the road from the local Primary school. Got kids? Good news they can sleep in and still make it to school before the bell. 26 Oregon is also arguably on the outskirts of town it's got a kind of bushland feel with a leafy outlook and very few neighbouring properties. Still in town but feels like you're out yes please!
