Walking distance to the Bowling Club and local cafes/restaurants. Take the 20 minute drive north to Port Macquarie, or only a few minutes over the bridge into Laurieton. Off street parking for 2 vehicles and the boat & fenced rear yard for the children to play.
SLEEPS 6 - 1 Queen bedroom downstairs with ensuite access to bathroom and sliding door access to the shady rear porch; Upstairs loft bedroom with 1 Double + 2 Singles. A second shower and toilet in the laundry.
