5/34 Park Rd has been a very happy home for our family for over 6 years. The townhouse is great and the neighbours are a real little community. Initially I was apprehensive about leasing a house direct from the landlord (Craig), however it has been fantastic . Craig is a great guy, very easy to deal with and it was never awkward to liaise directly with him. On the rare instance when something has gone wrong, a quick SMS to Craig and he will have it fixed with minimum inconvenience. Its actually so much easier than having an agent in-between.

Naremburn is such a convenient location close to Chatswood and the City. Being the last bust stop to the city and Forsyths up the road were highlights. I felt safe and secure here and will be missing my lovely neighbours. Meg and Craig self-manage the property and respected my privacy and space. The very few repairs were handled quickly and they waited for tradespeople instead of me!!
