Built on the site in 1905 is an architecturally designed and built building. It is a single storey weatherboard building with a steeply pitched tiled roof. There are numerous period features throughout including leadlight windows and stained glass panels. Internally the property has pressed metal ceilings, open fire places and beautiful timber work features.

Accommodation comprises numerous rooms of varying sizes, bar and entertaining area, large hall at the rear with separate male and female amenities. There is a separate flat at the rear with two rooms plus bathroom plus the kitchen and food preparation area.

History:
The building was constructed in 1905 as the former residence and surgery of well-known Moree medical practitioner Dr Martin Magill. It was purchased in 1919 by the Gentlemen's Club and successfully run until the Club closed and was finally sold to the Hill Family in 1998 to preserve it as an architecturally important building within the Moree township. It is listed on the local heritage register with Moree Plains Shire Council.
