WHAT WE LOVE
If you ask the locals about this cottage, it has a very colourful history, and it goes a long way back. It's time to take this beautiful parcel of land and Bluestone cottage, with direct views to Mount Canobolas, and bring it back to life. There is also an artists studio and very rustic sheds that could also be converted (stca). This is a very rare opportunity to make it your own.
You are only minutes to the beautiful heritage listed village of Millthorpe and the convenience of being only 20 minutes drive to Orange.
The perfect opportunity to build your dream home awaits!

WHAT THE OWNERS LOVE
We were immediately drawn to the heritage cottage and the views. This property has been a labour of love with extensive attention given to developing our paddocks by removing tons of rocks and planting hedges, so our animals could enjoy great pasture. On weekends we have enjoyed our beautiful fire pit with our neighbours, whilst experiencing the continual beautiful sunsets over Mount Canobolas. The little cottage is a replica of my great grandmothers house, and whilst we were keen to renovate we realised that the next occupants would want to put their own touch on the beautiful building. However we have lived in the cottage for almost two years, with winter enabling us to have our fireplace making us cosy and would have been very happy to stay there indefinitely.
