Workshop Facility
A steel port frame building with precast concrete panel dado walls and metal cladding above with glazing to underside of eaves. RSJ frame to roof supporting metal purlins and metal deck roofing. A single level office and amenities structure is located to the northern elevation of the workshop building. The workshop features two construction halls serviced by overhead gantry cranes. The facility also has outstanding heavy vehicle areas to the workshop and perimeter of the site.
Administration Office Building
A two level building of brick construction accommodating administration offices for the facility. The ground level features a reception area opening onto an open plan office and partitioned managers offices and meeting rooms. The first floor also features a good mix of open planned and partitioned offices. The building is carpeted and air-conditioned throughout and male and female amenities are located on both levels. A large carpark adjacent to the building provides staff and visitor car parking requirements.
Amenities Building
A single level building of brick construction located adjacent to the workshop facility and to the south of the main administration office building. Features include a large staff lunchroom, change room and amenities for male and female staff.
