Kyogle Street in a very quiet, unremarkable suburban street with a mixture of free standing and semi-attached houses. It is only approximately 300 m long with T-crossings on both ends. It leads basically from nowhere to nowhere and carries therefore hardly any traffic. There are bus stops on each end of the street.
Bus 397 (from Mons Avenue) offers rides to Maroubra Junction, University of NSW, CBD and to Circular Quay.
Bus 353 (from Fitzgerald Ave) services all eastern suburbs beaches and ends at Bondi. In the other direction it ends at the Eastgardens Shopping Centre. Bus 350 takes you to the airport.
We have a small shopping centre (Woolworth, chemist, fresh vegetable shop, hairdresser and medical centre) in 10 mins walking distance. There are two big shopping centres (Pacific Court and Eastgardens) in 3 resp. 5 mins drive.
