The beach-front house offers a wide range of brand new features, including a chefs kitchen, equipped with stone countertops, large island, five hob gas cooktop, Dishwasher, Microwave and Nespresso Machine, to help you ease into the lazy mornings on your holiday. Or, if cooking outside is your thing, enjoy a casual dining experience on the deck and cook a BBQ with the family size gas Weber Q. There are plenty of activities to keep the young and young at heart busy, including two TVs, an Xbox, DVD player and stereo. There is a lovely gas fireplace at the touch of a button, for cuddling on lovely winter evenings and plenty of beach toys in the storeroom under the house, for children to use at the beach. In addition, there is a separate laundry with front loading washer and for entertainment a large LED TV with surround sound, DVD and Xbox together with plenty of books and games to while away any spare hours.
We have set up this beach house to have all the modern conveniences of your own family home, and we trust you'll enjoy staying here as much as we do.

General Information about the area
Malua Bay is situated on the coast along a 15km strip of beautiful sandy beaches and townships south of Batemans Bay. The beach at Malua Bay is well regarded locally for its surf and attractive rocky headlands. There are many other secluded beaches within a few minutes drive. Garden Bay itself is a delightful little secluded swimming beach, right around the point from Malua Bay.
Apart from swimming and just enjoying the beaches, fishing and boating are popular activities in the sea, rivers or coastal lakes nearby. The Clyde Estuary at Batemans Bay is an excellent location to fish from the banks or you could hire one of the several charter boats that operate from here. Moruya breakwater is another excellent fishing spot where large catches of salmon are regularly taken.
Malua Bay is located approx 15km south from Batemans Bay on the South Coast of NSW. It is about 4 hours south from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra.

Lots of lovely Restaurants in nearby Batemans Bay or in the other direction at Moruya.
Fishing and boating: bring your own gear or go on a river, bay or deep-sea outing. There is a boat ramp at Mosquito Bay less than a mile away
Jet skiing and scuba diving: local companies specialise in these activities.
Bush Walking: great bush walking opportunities in the nearby Murramarang National Park
Birdland Animal Park: many species of animals, birds and reptiles. Fun for the kids and even the not so young.
Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Gardens: native display gardens and walking tracks
Montague Island: home to seals, dolphins and turtles. You can take a charter boat for a day trip.
Pebbly Beach: large resident kangaroo and native bird population. Great for photo opportunities!
Nelligen: small country town on the Clyde River outside Batemans Bay
Mogo: a cute village shopping strip with all sorts of unique and hand crafted items, galleries, antiques and cafes. Also nearby is Mogo Zoo, which is the renowned home to many exotic, endangered and rare animals, as well as Old Mogo Town with a Gold Rush Theme Park
Tilba Tilba: Historic village with cafes and great local cheese making. Beautiful countryside.
