including all options. Proposals which meet this criteria will be deemed complying EOI's. Notwithstanding, Council reserves their right to consider non-complying EOI's.

The site will be offered on the basis of the sitting occupant removing their improvements, and the site re-mediated (decommissioning of in ground tanks) by Council and will be available from January 2023 (subject to change).

THE PROCESS

Council invite tenants to make their EOI, which will open on 15 September 2022 and close on 15 October 2022. Council envisage assessment of tender submissions by the end of October, with a report submitted to seek endorsement for the successful EOI by mid November 2022.

Terms within the EOI by prospective tenants, at a minimum, should cover the following items:
- Entity which holds the lease
- Term of lease including any options
- Rental offered
- Annual reviews
- Tenants use
- Details of any improvements which will be made on-site
- Any services which are required by the landlord to provide to the site e.g. power requirements, gas etc. Please note compliant EOI's are on a ground lease structure
- Tenant's experience and examples of other sites the tenant may be operating in another location(s).
