Once you cross the ferry, it is just 4 minutes, to this gently rising, north facing land. It is approximately 700sqm and presents easy building. This area is known as Sunnyvale and for good reason. It is not far across the road to the Macdonald River; there are a couple of public reserves which give access. Naturally this is sealed road, and there is power, phone and mobile reception for most phones. There is, as you can see from the photos, a metal shed/lock-up. Great for storage or if spending the day up there.
Why live here? Sensibly and logically, you can live here at a fraction of the cost of being in town. Oh yes; what about distance? It is a bit further, but if your daily obligations are within the range of Windsor, Hornsby, Castle Hill etc, then you are talking about an hour maximum. The payoff, is not only as I said, price, but also clean air and peaceful lifestyle. In Wisemans Ferry itself, you have primary school, doctor, chemist, service station, bowling club, The famous pub, nine hole golf course and lots more.
This is a good one. You are unlikely to find better.
