This 40-hectare rural holding has a comfortable timber studio with all the necessities and holds the potential (subject to DA council approval) to build a dwelling. The timber constructed retreat has been complimented by a screened and tiled verandah, offering a perfect spot to watch the local native wildlife.

The open plan studio includes cooking facilities and a generous living area with slow combustion wood fire, plus a separate sleeping quarter and wet room serviced by gravity fed gas hot water. Another large outdoor undercover area is the perfect place for a barbecue.

The building has a solar power system with generator back up, instantaneous gas hot water system and ADSL internet connection, (Starlink & NBN satellite connections are optional internet providers). A 22,500-litre water storage tank and additional header water tank which gravity feeds the retreat. The property includes a dam, supplying a good water source to the existing vegetable gardens. There is a pump and irrigation line attached to the dam with a header water tank in place for storage. A cozy caravan with shelter has been strategically placed privately from the retreat and enjoys its own gazebo area, set amongst landscaped gardens with water pond and fire pit. Extensive rock retaining walls and pathways are featured throughout the grounds. Another large landscaped water pond is located around the grounds of the retreat area and makes the perfect location for afternoon sundowners!
