Skilful Agent; Bedrock For Success In Unprecedented Times
Engaging Reuben to sell my property was the best decision. My first open inspection was during the Covid-19 pandemic; an unprecedented time of doom & gloom when I despaired if anyone would even contemplate buying a property; let alone pay a price which surpassed my expectation. On our first open day we drew a large crowd in excess of 160 people. Reuben's robust & effective marketing campaign drew a "never before experienced" level of buyer's interest that achieved a spectacular outcome & gave me full confidence in his process. I have bought 13 properties over a span of 44 years, so I've encountered & dealt with numerous real estate agents. Unfortunately, my experience shows that one doesn't know how good they are until after we've signed the agreement & for that reason I've had some very mediocre ones. However, Reuben is an exception. He's the best agent I've ever dealt with. There's no contest! Reuben is passionate & appears to be a man internally driven by a set of strong values he sets for himself. Therefore, I am confident regardless of whether my property sits on the lower or higher end; Reuben will apply the same level of commitment, passion & energy to the job. I must admit that it was quite stressful throughout the campaign solely because of the implications of pandemic, in fact after our 3rd open house, further open inspections were illegal.
