This sheltered property with magnificent views of the surrounding gardens, water and hills has 3 dams, spring water and a seasonal creek. There is plenty of sun and shade and the soil is very fertile. It is home to many bird species and other wildlife.

It is only 10 minutes to Goolmangar, 20 to Lismore and 25 to Nimbin. An additional 30 minutes drive from Lismore takes you to the beaches and Ballina.
