A 4-tier barbed wire fence and an electrical barrier securely enclose most of the property thus cattle or horses may be accommodated.
TV and mobile reception is good and there is a telephone land line. The property is not far from the end of the no through, graded road and it is quiet with few neighbours. At the other end, there is a local school bus. It is in a good neighbourhood, with many local support services.
It is only 10 minutes to Goolmangar, 20 to Lismore and 25 to Nimbin. An additional 30 minutes drive from Lismore takes you to the beaches and Ballina.
