You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, face washers, bath mats and tea towels;
Alternatively, Husky Laundrette can supply linen packs.
You will need to book and pick-up your own linen packs (and drop them back off on your way home);

BATHROOMS
Main bathroom downstairs with shower, bath, toilet and vanity; Ensuite upstairs with shower, vanity and toilet;

LIVING
Open plan living room with Flat screen TV & DVD, reverse cycle air-conditioning; Private courtyard with gas BBQ (Weber) and outdoor setting for 6;

KITCHEN
A well-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal.

Fully equipped with all modern appliances including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/stove;

Garage NOT for guest use; Council car park directly across the road;

Unfortunately this property IS NOT suitable for pets;

SECURITY BOND
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking.
Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early.
Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents.
Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond;

Easter: 4 night minimum stay;
June & October long weekend: 3 night minimum stay;
Christmas, New Year and January School Holidays: 7 night minimum stay;
