Page Hills is located 15 km north east of Manilla with frontage to the Namoi River, positioned between renowned district properties Wittagoona and East Hills . Land area is 630.9 hectares or approximately 1,559 acres.
The topography is mostly open undulating grazing slopes to low hills, being approximately 50% arable and comprising clay loam to basalt derivative soils. Dominant timber species is White Box, Yellow Box and Gum. Carrying capacity is estimated at 180 to 200 cows plus progeny.
