The stunning West End Sports Stadium and the Aquatic and Leisure centre are only a short stroll away. The main streets of Griffith, filled with boutiques, shops, divine coffee and delicious treats, are only a little further.

The house:
"This house never feels dark. It is always filled with light and feels bright and airy. In winter, we purchased it and discovered that the living room is beautiful and warm even through the colder months. It's so well insulated, and the windows' awnings help keep the summer heat out."

What a serene home! Walking through the front glass door, you will understand immediately what Airlie and Alex mean. The cream walls and glossy timber floors throughout the entire home give you a beautiful natural palette that will compliment any decor. The high ceilings, all decorated with gorgeous cornices, further accentuate the warmth, and feel of the home.

The bedrooms are all fitted with an enormous amount of storage space and are generously sized. The views from each window are of the beautiful cottage gardens surrounding the home. Finding peace of an evening will come quickly in these rooms.

With a second bathroom just completed and the original recently refreshed, these clean and modern spaces are easy to maintain.
The kitchen and living areas are also delightful light-filled spaces. Functional and versatile, setting your furniture up in these spaces will only be limited by your imagination and your style.

Outside:
"We've planted the gardens to also be a bit of an adventure for the kids. The trampoline is off the grass and begins the path that the kids love to explore. They head to the sandpit next and then can go all the way around the house. We have really secure fencing so that the front yard can be used to play in too. If we want to entertain and it's a rainy day, we can shut the roller door to the carport, and it becomes an entertainment area. It's been a brilliant solution for us."

The fences that wrap around the property and the immaculate lawns and stunning cottage gardens provide security and tie the entire home's aesthetic together. The shed and extra-wide carport offer a tremendous amount of extra storage space. The vast amount of concrete is great for parking and for the kids to ride bikes and scooters around on.
