History
The site was previously used, since the 1970's, by Nugan Quality Foods as a factory for the juicing of oranges and carrots. Zepaul Pty Ltd bought the site in July 2007. Construction of Phase 1 was completed in December 2017 the construction of Phase 2 the development is under way and completion is scheduled soon.
Phase 1 of the development consists of 4 buildings divided into 12 commercial / warehouse tenancies. Many of the tenancies have rear yard spaces for storage. This rear yard space is unique to this type of development in Griffith. Phase 2 of the development consists of 2 buildings divided into 11 commercial / warehouse tenancies.
