pounds.
In 1892 Manfred designed a two-story brick addition the villa which was built by Taunton and Grant Builders,
Arthur Bullen was born in 1850 in Cherry Hinton, Cambridge, England.
by 1886 he was living in Goulburn where he married Mary Blackshaw of Goulburn,
Mr Bullen was a highly regarded accountant and in his many years in Goulburn held important positions.
