Cultivation
An area of Approx. 689.99 ha (1,705 ac) is currently developed dry-land farming utilized for grain & fodder production. The area has been planted to wheat approximately 700 Acres of Lancer & 1000 Acres of Hellfire with a full moisture profile, with in excess of 200mm of rain falling since end of March 2025. Water

Belvedere is securely fenced for a livestock enterprise and the fencing is in very good stock proof condition. The property has been thoughtfully fenced with a newly constructed laneway feeding the central cattle and sheep yards. In total there are 19 main paddocks and several smaller holding paddocks all with good water.
