The 110 acre property is at Glendonbrook in the HUNTER VALLEY. It is less than a 20 minute drive from BRANXTON, SINGLETON and GRESFORD. It is an approximate 110 minutes drive from WAHROONGA, using the recently opened 'Hunter Expressway'. Speed limit for the first 90 minutes of the trip from Wahroonga is 110Km per hour. There is only 1 set of lights on the entire trip.

The property is accessed by a Council maintained gravel road, which is not used by the general public. The land is mostly cleared, with light timber on the hill near the house. A creek, with long permanent waterholes, runs along the northern and western boundaries and offers dual frontage for about 500 metres. A deep lake-size dam, with pontoon, sits near the north-eastern boundary. The whole property is well fenced into sections.
IMPROVEMENTS:
A large home, built by 'A.V Jennings' was completed in 1994. It carries a 25 year structural warranty , which expires in 2018.It has four bedrooms, one bathroom, a formal 'L' shaped lounge/dining, a large family room with slow combustion fireplace, a large rumpus room with spectacular views, large laundry and kitchen, a double garage and an attached double carport. Living areas open onto a paved area which is perfect for entertaining.
A huge 20M X 7M colorbond shed with four garage doors and a workshop sits on the northern side of the house. An older three-car carport stands nearby. Therefore, there is undercover accommodation for 11 vehicles.
A small self-contained cabin is located some distance from the house, in a secluded clearing.
There is a large deer enclosure and remnants of a piggery and chook shed near the house.
Power and Telephone landline are connected.
WATER:
There are three large water tanks near the house for potable water. A fourth tank is installed near the piggery. A pump is located on the creek and it provides creek water to a number of outlets around the house and piggery area.
There are two dams. The first one is located near the house, whilst the second is located down the hill. The lake-sized dam is very large and is up to three metres deep in the middle. A jetty has been built on the dam .
The creek runs along the northern and western boundaries. It has a long stretch of dual frontage, and provides many interesting picnic and fishing areas. The creek has long and deep waterholes, even during extended dry periods. The crossing is accessible with 4WD most times but can become impassable after heavy rain upstream.
Therefore there is no shortage of water on this property.
