Upstairs is the main living area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a glorious covered outdoor deck perfect for your morning coffee or the afternoon cocktail. A gas BBQ is also available to show off your culinary skills while soaking up the views as well as a combustion fire for the cooler months.
Downstairs has also been newly renovated and consists of the 3rd bedroom and an extra double sofa bed in the lounge area. There is a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, pod coffee machine and bathroom with separate laundry.
You will love the absolute serene coastal vibe you get when you first arrive and with views from every room in the house you will instantly feel like you are on holidays.
The property includes Wifi.
Linen packs are supplied for all beds and include hotel quality, sheets, pillow cases & bath towels. 'Bring your own beach towels'
The property is self contained however it is not serviced, guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items. (Basic pantry items are provided)

The local Ulladulla area is less then 5 minutes drive and has plenty of interesting things to do, for the children theres is a bowling alley and of course in the main street the iconic Funland Amusement Centre, why not try a go at lazer tag.
For the grown ups there's Cupits Winery or Rick Steins Restaurant at Bannisters Head to enjoy good food, just a small sample of fine dining in the area, the township of Milton is just a bit further down the road which has some quaint little cafes and boutique shopping. These are just a few of our local attractions, we also have diving tours, fishing tours, surfing schools and plenty of bush walks.
