WHAT THE OWNERS HAVE LOVED ABOUT THEIR HOME AND LOCATION
We have loved our home. It has felt like living in a house just without the maintenance tag.
Our building is a solid full brick construction so we never hear our neighbours (and they never hear us). We can be upstairs sleeping while the teenagers are downstairs watching TV
and we dont hear a thing. The front upstairs windows are double glazed so we never hear a thing outside.
There are only three apartments on each level and we feel like the lift is our own personal lift as we rarely see anybody else.
Our home has been very comfortable to live in with a constant temperature. We never feel the cold in winter or hot in summer and the sun drenched terrace is enjoyed all year round.
The huge open plan living has been great for entertaining and the separate WC on the same level means we or our guests dont have to go up to the second level if someone needs to use the bathroom
The location of our home could not be more convenient. We all have enjoyed a fabulous combination of beach life and cosmopolitan living.
We love taking a short stroll down to the beach with the newly constructed paved pathway and the new lighthouse development next door has given us an array of fantastic new cafes and restaurants to choose from.
We hardly ever use our car now as we have cafes,a brand-new Woolworths, banks, our gym and lots more directly downstairs. Access to the pick up point of the new B line city transport is only metres from our front foyer area of our building.
We are going to miss our home and location. We are confident the new owners are going to love it as much as we have.
